Inogen provides one of the only portable oxygen concentrators on the market built with sieve beds that can be easily removed and replaced by customers, saving home medical equipment providers significant time and money associated with infrastructure demands.

Traditional Filter Replacements

  1. Customer contacts the provider to request new filter
  2. Provider sends out a loaned POC for customer to use while their filter is being replaced
  3. Customer ships their POC to the provider for filter replacement
  4. Provider performs maintenance and replaces the sieve beds
  5. Provider ships the customer’s POC back to them
  6. Customer ships loaned POC back to provider

  1. Customer contacts the provider to request new filter
  2. Provider ships the sieve bed to the customer (small package)
  3. Customer receives sieve bed and replaces it themselves within minutes
